Uploading the same document again and again to attend student clinical rotations can be time consuming and frustrating for students. To help, CastleBranch is working to update CB Bridges™ to make it easier to upload and associate a single document with multiple clinical requirements, as appropriate. With this new enhancement, once a document has been approved once by a clinical site, CB Bridges™ will auto–associate the approved document with all other relevant requirements.

Time is of the essence when uploading documents to attend clinical rotations — which is why we’re looking to streamline and improve this process for all students. When students encounter an error that prevents a document from uploading successfully to their checklist, CB Bridges™ will automatically push an alert message prompting the student to reupload the document in question.

Released December 2022, facility coordinators can edit opportunities with reservations or pending requests within facility-led group placement. Based on client feedback, we learned that last-minute changes to clinical rotation opportunities are common. When changes occur, facility coordinators need to be able to make updates and communicate changes in real-time to all impacted parties. When they can’t, the risk of miscommunication leading to wasted opportunities increases substantially.

Edit Opportunities makes it easy for all stakeholders to stay up-to-date and informed. Facility coordinators can communicate opportunity updates to academic partners in the platform, ensuring placement details are always current and opportunities can be used to their fullest.

Released November 2022, alerts are provided if a session is about to timeout due to inactivity. Following the alert, those in the system can take action to continue their session uninterrupted or chose to end their session by logging out.

Released October 2022, facility coordinators can archive expired placement opportunities in facility-led group placement. This feature helps facility coordinators better manage clinical placement for students, giving them the ability to remove expired opportunities and ensuring they see only what they need. Easily manage current and upcoming rotations, while also helping academic partners quickly identify placement opportunities and submit requests.
