How do I place an order?

Click on the words "Start Process" or "Begin Order." This link will take you to the order placement page allowing you to place your order.


What do I do if I am being prompted for a package code but do not have one?

Please ensure you are running the most up-to-date version of your web browser. Updating to the latest version of your preferred browser may alleviate the issue.

If this does not solve the issue, your eVite may be expired. You can verify this by checking the expiration date provided in the original email.

If your eVite is expired, please contact your employer or school administrator to have it reissued.

If you are still receiving this message, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-723-4263, choose option 4, then option 4 again for additional troubleshooting.


An error occurred while I was entering my information. What should I do?

Please ensure you are running the most up-to-date version of your web browser. Updating to the latest version of your preferred browser may alleviate the issue.

If the problem persists, please attempt to use an alternate browser to alleviate the issue. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, please try switching to Google Chrome.

Additionally, a firewall setting could prevent you from completing your eVite. This may require you to adjust your firewall settings, or simply attempt to place your order using a computer on a different network.


My session timed out while I was placing my order. Will my information be saved or will I need to start over?

For security reasons, it is required that you enter all information at one time. We recommend gathering all necessary information in advance of placing your order. If your session expires, you can click "Start Process" or "Begin Order" again to complete your eVite.


I have placed my order and received a confirmation. Is my order now complete?

Should your order require any additional steps you will see a note at the end of the order entry process asking you to log into your myCB account and complete the additional steps.

If no additional steps are required, your order will begin processing immediately and the results will be delivered to your employer or school as soon as possible.
