STEP 1:

When a user lands on the CB Bridges™ dashboard, the FAQs will no longer display as part of the welcome message. Instead, FAQs will be accessible via link in the CB Bridges™ header. Links to the student-facing FAQ videos will still display in this welcome message, although they are not reflected in this mockup.

CB Bridges™ Clinical Placement In–Platform Support: CMS Update—Step 1: FAQs are now accessible via question mark icon on top right of interface.

STEP 2:

FAQ roles have now been updated to include Preceptor-specific questions and answers.
