BENEFITS
- Saves administrators and instructors time by introducing pop-up window functionality to the Pro Advantage Tracker Group Status page.
- Enables actions like reviewing, overriding, etc., to be completed in a pop-up window without having to navigate away from the Group Status page.
STEP 1:
In order to take actions on each checklist item in the Pro Advantage Tracker Group Status page, administrators and instructors expand a clinical experience and click the “Actions” dropdown menu to choose the action they would like to take.
STEP 2:
If an administrator chooses the “Review” option from the dropdown menu, a pop-up window will appear. Once the administrator has made their review decision and clicked the “Save” button, the pop-up window will close automatically.
STEP 3:
After the pop-up window closes, the Group Status page will display again with all data in the same state that it was in prior to taking the action.
STEP 4:
Throughout Pro Advantage Tracker, all other actions will display in pop-up windows as well. For example, see below for a “Checklist Item History” pop-up.
