Clinical Groups Archiving & Reporting | 01.03.19

BENEFITS

 

ARCHIVING:

  • Provides a more efficient user experience by allowing clinical coordinators and school organizational administrators to archive clinical experiences.
  • Hides archived groups and related documentation from view.
  • Permits users to unarchive groups, which restores them in all standard views.

REPORTING:

  • Enables clinical coordinators, facility coordinators, and organization administrators (both school and health care facility) to view and report on data associated with both archived and unarchived groups.
  • Ensures that users can sort data by selected criteria and export information to Excel or PDF.
  • Reporting provides data for all CB Pro Advantage Tracker Checklist Items, CB Clinical Scheduling, CB Time Management and CB Evaluations associated with each group.

  • Provides reporting capabilities generated by clinical group from the My Bridges page only.
   

ARCHIVING

STEP 1:

From the My BridgesActions” menu, select “Archive Selected Experiences” to hide experiences from all modules. Users can multi-select experiences to hide multiple experiences at a time.CB Bridges™ Pro Advantage Tracker-How to Archive

 

STEP 2:

To view a list of archived experiences, select “View Archived Experiences” from the My BridgesViews” menu.CB Bridges™ Pro Advantage Tracker-View Archive Experiences

 

STEP 3:

To un-archive an experience and restore the experience’s data to all modules, select “Un-Archive Selected Experiences” from the My BridgesActions” menu. Experiences can be multi-selected.

REPORTING

STEP 1:

From the My Bridges page, clinical coordinators, facility coordinators, or organization administrators can select the new “Reports” tab. From this tab, they can specify a date range in which they would like to pull a report, and all clinical groups that had a start date and/or end date within this range will appear. Users will have the option to check a box that indicates they would like to also search “Archived” groups.

STEP 2:

Once a clinical group is chosen, users will see group details (i.e. location, unit, etc.) and all members assigned to that group. They can choose one particular group member on which to run a report, or they can select multiple members. Reports will return data pertaining to CB Pro Advantage Tracker Checklist Items, CB Scheduling, CB Time Management, and CB Evaluations.

 

STEP 3:

Users can expand the report for Checklist Items based on the clinical group and member(s) they have chosen. From this screen, users can view checklist item history as well as the actual document(s) associated to the checklist item(s). All data can be exported to Excel or PDF at any time.

STEP 4:

In a report pertaining to the Time Management module, users would see all shifts and hours tracked for the clinical group and member(s) they have chosen. This information can also be exported to Excel or PDF at any time.
