BENEFITS
- Allows administrators to “Reset” a checklist item after it has been accepted or overridden (after previously being marked “COMPLETE”).
- This will revert that checklist item back to “INCOMPLETE” status, allowing students and instructors to take further action on it.
NOTES
- If an item was previously in “INCOMPLETE” or “PENDING” status before changing to “OVERRIDDEN,” the item cannot be reset. If this scenario occurs, the user should submit a Help Ticket and the CB Bridges™ Engineering Team will reset that item.
- Users will have six months from the date an item was marked “COMPLETE” to “Reset” the checklist item. After six months, the item will no longer be eligible for reset. If a user needs to “Reset” a document after six months, the user should submit a Help Ticket and the CB Bridges™ Engineering Team will “Reset” the item.
STEP 1:
Users are now able to choose “Reset” for an individual checklist item from the “Actions” dropdown menu on the Pro Advantage Tracker Status view page.
STEP 2:
When “Reset” is selected, the user will see the below message explaining the chosen action. If the user wishes to proceed with resetting the item, they will click “Reset Item.”
STEP 3:
When a checklist item has been reset, the status of the item will revert back to “INCOMPLETE.” This action will then be reflected on the Item History page for that checklist item.
