What is CB Bridges?

CastleBranch Bridges™ is an automated solution designed to overcome your most time-sensitive challenges and effectively streamlines the student clinical experience process. This automation will result in better efficiency and accuracy while utilizing the least amount of effort or resources allowing you to focus on what’s most important. Your students will be able to take advantage of the CB Bridges Pro Advantage Tracker (Onboarding and Orientation), Placement and Scheduling modules.

What’s the cost? What are the payment options?

The cost of CB Bridges is $50 per student, per year, and is inclusive of CB Bridges Pro Advantage Tracker (Onboarding and Orientation), Placement and Scheduling modules. CastleBranch offers flexible payment options including applicant prepay or school invoice.

How do my students register?

During the on-boarding and implementation process, CastleBranch will provide you with a Student Instruction Form to distribute to your students with all applicable information on how to begin registration.

How do I obtain more detailed information regarding CB Bridges?

What are the next steps?

Jenny Bernard, your Account Executive, will reach out to you to provide information on getting started. You will then be introduced to your dedicated Contract Manager, who will work with you through the implementation process utilizing CastleBranch’s proven on-boarding methodology.

Will there be support for my students?

Yes. For your added convenience, CastleBranch has a dedicated User Help Desk of 42 full time employees that can be reached via live chat, email and phone.

Will there be support for my school administrators?

Yes. You will have both a dedicated Account Manager and Contract Manager. These individuals are responsible for sharing best practices and ensuring your success within the CB Bridges platform.

What is the timeline of this initiative?

April/May 2017 – CB Bridges Pilot – Implementation begins with Wilkes University, many thanks to Wilkes University and their staff for working closely with us during this pilot phase. This pilot includes the CB Bridges Onboarding and Orientation modules.

May/June 2017 – Introduction - Jenny Bernard, your Account Executive, will be reaching out to all clinical affiliates to provide details of the on-boarding and implementation process.

July 2017 – Phase 1 - Implement Bridges for students rotating at LVHN sites to use in preparation for fall semester rotations. Our plan is to include students at ALL LVHN campuses at that time. Phase 1 will include the CB Bridges Onboarding and Orientation modules.

September 2017* (estimated)—Phase 2— Implement Bridges for the spring 2018 placement/scheduling process.

What if my school is already using CastleBranch for pre-clinical requirements?

As an existing CastleBranch client, the pre-clinical requirements you are currently tracking for your students will be easily translated to CB Bridges. These requirements may include background checks, drug testing results, immunization records and any other documentation found in the student’s Compliance Tracker. The CB Bridges fee will include access to the following modules:

• Pro Advantage Tracker (Onboarding and Orientation)
• Placement
• Scheduling

If your school is already using CastleBranch to obtain and track pre-clinical requirements, the $50 fee for CB Bridges is in addition to the pre-clinical requirements you are obtaining through CastleBranch.

What if my school is NOT using CastleBranch for pre-clinical requirements?

As you begin to take advantage of all that CB Bridges has to offer, please know that we’ve developed our comprehensive solutions specifically with new partners like you in mind.

Any pre-clinical requirements that your students are obtaining outside of CastleBranch can be easily uploaded into CB Bridges by the student, these requirements may include background checks, drug testing results, immunization records and any other documentation required by LVHN. Please note that these requirements will require review.

If your school is NOT using CastleBranch to obtain and track pre-clinical requirements, the $50 fee for CB Bridges will apply. There is no additional fee for the student to upload pre-clinical requirements obtained outside of CastleBranch. These pre-clinical requirements would not be reviewed by CastleBranch, but can be reviewed by the school or Lehigh Valley.
